Diarrhea is a viral and bacterial infection caused which strikes our digestive system. It generally happens due to the increasing rate and degree of bowel motion and a change in stability. It generally happens in summer and the body tends to discharge lot of water and other pollutants.
The major causes are food poisoning, food allergies, contaminated water, nervous tension, or spastic colon. Changing eating habits and intake of lot of water can cure it. However, there are certain medications, which can help in reducing the impact of this disorder. Maintaining personal hygiene can benefit in speed recovery.
There are two possible types i.e. Acute and Chronic Diarrhea. Acute can result in fever, mucus, blood or fleas in stool that is caused by bad sanitation. However, chronic diarrhea is a cause of taking too much of caffeine and stress. Results can be constipation, pain and acidity, while the conditions are very similar to irritable bowel syndrome and if not taken care of it might result in gastrointestinal ailment or ulcer. Lactose-containing foods and dairy products like milk, butter, and cheese are to be avoided but yogurt can be exceptional.
People who are suffering from this intestinal disorder are very prone to loose lot of nutrients, salt and fluids from the body followed with dehydration.
