Increase of glucose level in our blood makes place for diabetes. What happens is the Insulin that has a property to convert glucose to energy, which our body uses. However, if insulin is not produced in the body or even its level decreases, glucose level also increases and that is the major cause of diabetes.
Diabetes can be of two types, Type I and Type II. The former is more severe and dangerous and that is why it is known as Insulin Dependent Diabetes. Generally happens in young age and the patient suffering is not able to live without insulin injections. While the other is one is not much severe and can be controlled by some exercise, food habits and less amount of insulin injection. Generally happens after 40, however diabetes can happen to any one at any stage of life.
Well we can say that some factors that do not bother us through out our might also cause this disorder. Stress, over weight, bad eating habits, no proper exercise, depression, anger, bad lifestyle, alcohol, and list goes on. But its not like one can’t control it, the answer is YES one can control and the factor which are important are exercising regularly, controlling eating habits, will power, no stress and proper lifestyle.
How a person knows that he is suffering from diabetes? Weight loss, frequent urination, and extreme thirst, dry mouth, vision problem, pain in body, and fatigue can bring in this disease. May be the person not even has anyone of these symptoms, so for that reason one should always go for some checkups.
